I have the honour to refer to my letter No. H.K. 0199 of the 15th April, 1931, on the subject of Your Excellency's proposal to hand over to the Imperial and International Communications Limited an area of land in the New Territories for the purpose of erecting a commercial wireless station, and to inform Your Excellency that the Commander-in-Chief, China station, has no objection to this proposal, which has been referred to the

Admiralty.
